1. On the front of the index card, at the top, print your name, last name first.
2. Also write your email address.
3. Underneath, write your major and the number of credits you have earned (at this school or elsewhere).
4. Next, list any programming languages in which you have written a working program.
5. If you have a job that uses computers, put it at the bottom.
6. In the upper right corner, add today's date and the number of this course.
7. On the back, state your reasons for taking this course.
